Kevin Krotzer

Approaching a remarkable 40-year milestone in the fire/EMS service, Kevin, a second-generation volunteer from Hanover Twp Vol Fire Co., dedicated his career to serving as a Paramedic with the City of Allentown EMS. His extensive involvement as a Usar Medic and Hazmat medic, along with roles in Lehigh County Special Operations, AEMS Special Operations, and PA CO. 3, showcases his commitment. Transitioning to the Emergency Management field upon retirement, Kevin now serves as the Special Operations Coordinator - Chief 42. He continues his volunteer efforts with Western Salisbury Vol Fire Co., Keystone Water Rescue, and Schuylkill Haven Dive team. Additionally, Kevin serves as an instructor in Fire EMS, hazmat, and water rescue.

Jamie Lambert

A native of the Easton area and a graduate of Lock Haven University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked in the banking industry and recently made a transition to the insurance sector, where I’m now a Senior Financial Analyst in Credit Management.  Additionally, during tax season, she contributes her expertise by working at a local accounting office, helping with  tax preparations. Outside of work, you can find me running races, hanging out with friends, or helping the members of Palmer Municipal Fire Department with special events.

Kenny McPherson

Born and raised in Palmer Township Kenny started in 2002 as a Junior member with the Nazareth Borough Fire Department. After turning 18 Kenny transferred to the Palmer Municipal Fire Department where he has been a member ever since. Working his way up the ranks Kenny currently serves as a Battalion Chief. Kenny is passionate about training, truck work, and engine work. Kenny holds multiple pro-board certs and is currently working to become a PA state Suppression instructor.

Joshua Smith

Started his career in Emergency Services 21 years ago with the East Allen Township Volunteer Fire Department as a junior firefighter. Currently I hold the rank of Fire Chief. During his 21-year career he spent 10 years as an EMT with Northampton Regional EMS, the last 5 years with the Emmaus Borough Fire Department (IAFF 5004) and the last 2 years with the Harrisburg International Airport Fire Department (IAFF 4838). 

Rob Macchia

Rob Macchia has over 20 years of experience in the fire service, both as a    volunteer in his local community, and serving in the FDNY.  He started his FDNY career in Ladder 23 in Harlem, then retired with 8 years in Rescue 1 in Midtown. 

 Rob has served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps and has over 20 years’ experience as a building contractor.  He credits these experiences, and the practical skills they developed as invaluable during his firefighting career. Rob also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University.

Ken Sobieski

Ken has worked for an Insurance Company since 1996. This same year Ken also joined the volunteer fire ranks as a member of the Schooley’s Mountain Fire Department (NJ). During his time at Schooley’s Mountain he reached the rank of Captain before getting married and moving to Pennsylvania. In 2004 he joined the Palmer Municipal Fire Department and currently holds the rank of Deputy Chief under the Fire Commissioner. Ken’s passion is in leadership, Instructing, building relationships, and Vehicle Extrication. Outside of this ken spends countless hours training in the field of extrication currently holding the rank of Pro Board Technician within the state of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Ken works for various other training organizations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ken is also the Secretary of the Northampton County Chiefs Association.
